If your business is confined to just one country, then there is no need to have your website translated in to any other language except that of the country in which your business resides.
You do not need to have your website translated into a foreign language if you do not have foreign consumers. However, if you are attempting to attract foreign consumers then you need to decide on which type of foreign consumer you want to attract and then choose the appropriate language.
Make sure that if you go ahead and decide to translate into any language, that the language is translated by someone whose mother tongue is that language.
