It is becoming more evident that bridging the language divide is the only way to crack the barrier of communication with regard to western companies doing business in eastern countries.  No one should really be surprised to read this; our world has become much smaller because of the ability to communicate fluently and efficiently in each other's language.
 
In order to survive on a global level or to do business in a foreign country, we have no choice but be able to communicate in the country's language and it may sound like a mountainous task but at the end of the day it really is not.  Here is where the teaching of foreign languages comes in and the opening up of a host of new careers is made possible. 
 
As I see it, this can only mean good things for those wishing to pursue careers in foreign languages; as teachers, as translators, as interpreters, as so many other possibilities.  I have a tremendous reference for you to check out.  Please see below.
