Spanish as a spoken language continues to grow; in the business world as well as in the social circle.  This should not come as a surprise to anyone as Spanish is the second most popular spoken language in the United States.
 
Spanish is quickly becoming an important language of trade and commerce and this trend is expected to continue for the foreseeable future.  This means that there are going to be a lot of opportunities for those wishing to work in the Spanish language as translators, interpreters, and teachers.  This also means that many careers will be opening up for bilingual travel agents, health care professionals who can speak both English and Spanish, legal professionals, plus much more.
